SMS Alerts

Users who provide prior express consent may receive transactional Echo Division Labs SMS alerts about account credit balances and top-ups, user-configured budget thresholds, and user-configured market conditions. Message frequency varies based on account activity and the alert thresholds a user configures.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS alerts. Reply HELP for help, or contact austin@echodivisionlabs.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to SMS alerts is not a condition of purchase.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update means the updated Terms apply.
